About this Project:

HK11 Association Limited is a local NGO that has been supporting the needs of single-parent families since 2014. Over the years, it has offered continuous community care and social inclusion programmes to single parents and vulnerable women of different social stratums to guide them through life difficulties and challenges. With the ultimate mission of hoping to assist them in reintegrating back to the society and to allow their next generation of children to flourish from a culturally diversified environment, HK11 is very active and vocal in uniting single-parent forces and in establishing an interactive network of support.

The Andiappan Yoga Community (AYC) is honored to be partnering with HK11 Association Limited in offering yoga classes for single parents who require spiritual relief and mental support. Consistent with HK11’s mission to unite vulnerable communities together, AYC hopes to spread the positivity, joy and other psychological benefits of yoga through its offering of classes such that single mothers can navigate their way through daunting times while finding tranquility and peace through their practice.

We believe this wellness experience for the body and mind will be a comforting and strong source of support along the path of single motherhood for our participants. We hope they will find strength and self-confidence through the sessions and AYC shall remain to be a supportive source for them to reach out at any time.
