Yoga has been a part of my life for the past 15 years and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live my life with greater awareness and mindfulness. I completed my 200 hour Advanced Hatha Yoga training in 2017 and my 300 hours Intensive Yoga Therapy Teacher Training from Asana Andiappan School in 2021. My classes focus on the therapeutic aspects of yoga on the mind and body. I seek to help others build a nurturing relationship between body, mind and breath. A fit, flexible and disease free body are incidental to regular yoga practice. My hope is that, after my class you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
