Rinko is a RYT-500 yoga teacher and a sound therapist focused on relieving stress and anxiety, improving strength and flexibility for different people. She has completed her foundation training and advanced hatha yoga teacher training under the guidance of Dr. Yogananth Andiappan. She also explored the Himalayan sound healing methods with Allpamama in recent years. Yoga helped her to improve back pain issues and her overall sports performance.
