I started yoga in 2004 and have benefited so much from it. I knew after doing a number of pranayama and meditation workshops and practicing myself every morning I wanted to share my knowledge with others. In 2018 I completed my first 100 hours teacher training in Pranayama & Meditation and went on to 300 hours of Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher training with Master Yogananth. I would love to join AYC as a project volunteer and share my passion and knowledge of yoga to everyone.
