During the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher TrainingCertificate Course, I gained inspiration from Dr. Yogananth Andiappan about our body parts and how yoga can benefit our mental and physical state in a mindful way. In other word, I think yoga is all about concentration, stillness and inner self. I truly believe practicing yoga will bring me joy, peace and my lesson will incorporate these values along.Now I am certified and confident to share my knowledge to others to kick start their yoga journey.
