I started yoga practice in 2009 and was exploring different ways of fitness at the time.  Then on and off until 2015 when I started regular yoga practice, mainly Hatha and Vinyasa, and overtime more appreciate the physical and mental benefit of yoga.  I completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate course at Anahata at the end of 2020, which has built a foundation in my yoga journey and opened a whole new world for me.   I continued the learning process by completing the 100 hour kids yoga teacher training in June/2021.
