Having completed the 200 hours teacher training course, I would like to give back to the community and bring yoga to the underprivileged. I have been practicing yoga for over 10years, I love practicing vinyasa and yin flow styles. I also practice daily meditation and love the mindful practices of yoga. I hope to teach yoga in order to encourage others to live a more harmonious, peaceful and happy life. And to bring awareness to the body breath and mind.
