Michel Hui is a passionate yoga instructor who wants to share the positive benefits of yoga for physical and mental health. She first stepped on the mat in 2018 and the first class she had was restorative yoga, which is a practice of passive healing. At that moment she found there is a body-mind-spirit connection and since then she committed to learning yoga. Michel\'s style of teaching is caring and cautious, and her classes emphasize the importance of breathing and mind-body awareness. She hopes to continue to share her passion for yoga with others during their journey of discovery.
