I started to practice yoga in 2009 and was greatly amazed by the healing power of it.  Ashtanga, Core, Hatha, and Vinyasa are my favorite classes over the past 10 years.   I completed the 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Anahata Yoga in July 2023.  I was truly impressed by the extensive knowledge and teaching experience of the various masters, their renowned reputation in the field of yoga and passion to teach.  I learned a lot on the preparation poses and had made great improvement in my yoga practice since I joined Anahata!  I also completed the 300-Hours Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda Teacher Training in December 2023 and learned a lot on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, such as the body anatomy and the asanas to treat the different body conditions and injuries, and most importantly, we were taught on ways to design an effective yoga therapy program.  I would like to share my knowledge and joyful experience in yoga practice with those who are interested to learn yoga and seeing it as a way to improve their quality of life.
