I have started the yoga journey after university graduation. The reason I stepped on the yoga mat is because I looked for relaxation, life balance as well as wellness from long working hours in front of computer. With few years of consistent practice and learning from different teachers in Anahata Yoga, I deeply aware of my progressive change both physically and mentally. Since 2016, I have taken one step forward to deeper exposure on yoga knowledge and teaching technique by taking 200 hours Teacher Training Certificate and Advanced Hatha Yoga Teaching Training level 1 & 2 with Master Yogananth Andiappan. I do look forward to sharing my knowledge and having fun with people in the yoga community.
