I came from Taiwan and moved to Hong Kong in 2014. I started the practice of Yoga with my mother at the age of 12. In the beginning, I was amazed to discover the flexibility that human bodies can achieve by practicing yoga. As I grow older, it is the real benefits of yoga, which I have experienced during my life both physically and spiritually, keep me motivated to continue practice. During my pregnancy, I practiced prenatal yoga to prepare my body and mind for natural delivery. With 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, I am inspired to teach yoga practice and promote its benefits to people through my real experiences and knowledge I have gained.
