In 2015, I started doing yoga in the busy city of Hong Kong to find some peace. This new hobby quickly became a big part of my life. It made me feel so good that I wanted to help others feel the same way, so I became a yoga teacher. I enjoy teaching small groups because I can make each class special for them. I also give free classes to people who are stressed to help them relax and be happy. I try to make my classes welcoming and kind, so everyone feels good during their yoga journey. I keep learning and sharing yoga because it has changed my life and I hope it can do the same for others.
