My name is Alice Siu. I attended my first yoga class in 2008 out of curiosity and very quickly practising yoga on a regular basis. After a while I noticed that not only my health condition improved, but also my temper changed. Yoga has not only helped me strengthen my physical body but also harmonise my mental state. I took my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and became a part-time yoga teacher. I continuously attended yoga teacher trainings (Completed 300-hr Yoga Therapy TT at Anahata Yoga in 2017 & 300-hr Advanced Hatha Yoga TT Level 1-3 in 2017 to 2018) to deepen my knowledge, inspire others, share what I know with the community, and make yoga accessible to people.
