I started my yoga journey in 2008 to help cope with a knee injury, and immediately fell in love with the gentle poses and reflective meditations. In 2018, I took the 200-hr YTT at Anahata Yoga, and went on to do a 300-hr YTT in 2023. Currently, I am finishing up my 95-hr Kids Yoga YTT so I can better share my knowledge and experience with a wider range of students.
